Contest Details and Rules
Details and rules of the contest are as follows.
- 1 photo entry per person (so pick your best photo).
- No .Photoshop., image enhancements or changes are allowed to any of the photos submitted to the contest. If a photo is found to have any modification or enhancement it is grounds for disqualification.
- The photo must be the applicant.s hunting photo. To claim the prize proof of photo ownership will be required. The applicant that submits the photo assumes all responsibility for the photo being submitted and any copy write infringements or issues that may occur due to entering a photo that is not theirs. All applicants assume the responsibility of the photo that they submit.
- All photos will be prescreened to ensure that photo submission is appropriate for contest. Heritage Safe reserves the right to reject or remove any photo submission for any reason without notification.
- By submitting a photo to this contest the applicant is releasing Heritage Safe Co. from all liability to any result that may come from entering or not entering the contest. Any action that the applicant takes to promote or not promote their photo and results of such actions are their responsibility and the applicant will not hold Heritage Safe Co. liable for any results, positive or negative.
- Valid photo ID will be required to claim prize.
- The specification of the gun safe to be given away are: Citadel model # FSC 306022 by Heritage Safe Co. All promotional material and images of gun safes for the contest are for marketing purposes only and do not necessarily depict the actual safe to be given away as a prize.
- Heritage Safe Co. reserves the right to change or modify the contest as it sees the need without notification.
